Daniel and his team did a fabulous job both before our arrival and during our stay in Rwanda. We took two tours with him, and he was a joy to be with and to learn from.
We spent 12 Days in Rwanda and had organized in advance the tour through the country including Kigali, Akagera, Nyungwe and Volcanoes NP with Daniel N. Daniel was very professional, he replied always very fast to our emails and was absolutely flexible regarding wishes and changes to our tour and programme. Daniel provided us with an appropriate 4x4 car and all the necessary documents and permits for the National Parks, so that we avoided unnecessary discussions or procedures at the National Parks offices. Everything was perfectly organized and we didn't encounter any problems. If we needed to talk to Daniel during the tour he was always available on Whatsapp and replied reliably. Daniel is a really friendly, uncomplicated and flexible person. I highly recommend Vazquez Tours & Travel to anyone interested in visiting Rwanda! Thank you so much for everything!
Daniel hat uns von Anfang bis Ende eine perfekte Reise organisiert und hat unsere individuellen Wünsche bestens berücksichtigt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und die Antwort kam blitzschnell! Papierkram für die Nationalparks und Guides waren von ihm vorbereitet und gebucht. Hotels waren nach unseren Wünschen zusammengestellt und der Toyota Landcruiser war zweckmäßig für die Reise. Spontan Sind noch zwei weitere Freunde zur Reise dazugestossen und Daniel hat flexibel darauf reagiert und ihnen ebenfalls Plätze bei den Aktivitäten organisiert. Insgesamt sind wir mehr als zufrieden und können Vazquez absolut weiterempfehlen!
